The last of those development team member is responsible for doing all the work to take backlog items to done within a sprint. The Scrum Master focuses on the team and how to continuously improve where as a Business Analyst. Another Scrum role that may be a good fit for business analysts looking to move into a Scrum role is as the product owner.

He works on a higher level of the hierarchy. They are the first point of contact for the technical team for clarifications. Yes you read that right.
